These terms and conditions govern the sales of household appliances by the company “frohkost.ch GmbH, Eichholzstrasse 10, 8623 Wetzikon ZH, Switzerland. In these general terms and conditions, “we” and “our” refer to “frohkost.ch GmbH” and “you” refers to the client. For the use of this website as well as for commercial relations between “frohkost.ch GmbH”, which operates the website www.angel5500.ch, and its clients, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCs) apply in the current version. They are available when consulting the website or when confirming the order. The offer on this website is intended exclusively for clients residing in Switzerland.
A client is any natural or legal person who maintains commercial relations with “frohkost.ch GmbH”. The General Terms and Conditions, delivery and payment conditions as well as the data protection provisions can be modified at any time. We ask you to read these conditions carefully each time you visit the site and order goods.
If certain provisions of these GTCs prove to be invalid or not applicable or become invalid or not applicable, the validity of the other provisions will not be affected.

All indications appearing on the site “www.angel5500.ch” (descriptions of the products, illustrations, films, dimensions, weight, technical characteristics, accessories and other indications) should be regarded only as approximate values and represent in particular no property guarantee, unless expressly stated otherwise. “frohkost.ch GmbH” strives to provide all the information and data on this website correctly, completely, up to date and clearly, but “frohkost.ch GmbH” cannot expressly or tacitly guarantee its accuracy.
All offers on this website are non-binding and should not be considered a binding offer.
“frohkost.ch GmbH” cannot guarantee that the products mentioned are available at the time of the order. Therefore, all information on availability and delivery times is without guarantee and may change at any time without notice.
- Article 3 - Prices
Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guarantee (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order).
The company “frohkost.ch GmbH” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the tariff in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability. No advisory and support services are included in the sale prices.
- Article 4 - Orders
The contractual information will be confirmed at the latest at the time of validation of your order.
The company “frohkost.ch GmbH” reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
- Article 5 -Validation of your order
Any order appearing on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.
The client makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. “frohkost.ch GmbH” then sends an automatic "order confirmation" by e-mail, which confirms that the client's offer has been received by our company. Orders placed are binding on the client. All the data provided and the confirmation recorded will constitute proof of the transaction. You declare that you are fully aware of it. The order confirmation will be deemed equivalent to the signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The contract is concluded with the validation of your order on angel5500.ch.
Unless otherwise stated, there is no right of return or withdrawal.

The client has access to the payment options indicated in the order process.
PayPal or Stripe: PayPal and Stripe are simple and secure payment methods. Payment is possible with a PayPal account or by Stripe with a credit card.
Twint: Twint is very secure and is a quick and efficient way to buy your products on Angel5500.ch
Bank transfer: Prepayment on the postal account of “frohkost.ch GmbH”. Upon receipt of payment, the goods are dispatched by priority post. For this payment method, please send us an email before you proceed to check out.

- Article 7 - Delivery and availability
Shipping costs are free of charge for all orders over Chf 300.- throughout Switzerland.
Our products are offered as long as they are visible and within the limits of available stocks. Our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines from our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to “frohkost.ch GmbH”.
Orders are only delivered after full payment has been received and if the goods are available.
If, after the conclusion of the contract, it turns out that the goods ordered cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, “frohkost.ch GmbH” is entitled to terminate the contract in its entirety or part of the contract.
If the client's payment has already been received by “frohkost.ch GmbH”, the payment will be refunded to the client. If no payment has yet been made, the client is released from the payment obligation."frohkost.ch GmbH" is not required to make a replacement delivery in the event of termination of the contract.
- Article 8 - Guarantee
Articles benefiting from a guarantee are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the article, justified by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep in a safe place.
The guarantee does not include: damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded. Products opened or used cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Check the condition of the goods delivered without delay to exclude obvious defects in material and workmanship, as well as damage due to transport. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered so that we can remedy them.
All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be made by e-mail within 7 days of delivery. The products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them with all of the elements (accessories, packaging, instructions, etc.). For all other cases not governed by these General Terms and Conditions, the Code of Obligations applies.
- Article 9 - Data protection
By registering on the Angel5500.ch site, the client chooses whether they wish to receive advertising or other information from Angel5500.ch, via different communication channels (e-mail, mail, SMS, telephone, push notifications). If they have subscribed to the newsletters, the client can unsubscribe at any time, easily and free of charge, by following the instructions in the respective message or by contacting Angel5500.ch Customer Service.
Angel5500.ch transmits personal data to third parties only to the extent that they are essential for the proper execution of the order or payment (e.g. transmission of data to La Poste, to a collection company in the event of non-payment, etc.), for client information or for conducting surveys. You are authorised to navigate on the website and to reproduce extracts from it, by printing or downloading to a hard disk, for your personal use. This is possible as long as you respect the indications of copyright and other indications of intellectual property. For the rest, no element of the website has been designed with the aim of granting you a licence or any right of use on the content. Any other use of the content on your part is therefore strictly prohibited. - Article 13 - Applicable law in the event of disputes
The French version of this contract prevails. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to Swiss law. In the event of litigation, “frohkost.ch GmbH” reserves the right to choose the place of jurisdiction.
